Recently, we decided we wanted to capture some of the cuteness of the kids at home. They are growing up so fast that it’s a shame to let a day go by without noticing and recording how much they are changing.
It took a small army to do it, but we managed to get all the studio lights in place, and, even more importantly, to ensure that the kids knew where the camera (or at least daddy) was.
If you want the techie details, we shot in RAW, then did minimal processing in Lightroom and Photoshop. Cropping to a 1 x 1 ratio, cleaning up some tiny bumps in the skin, and optimizing for our preferred printing method, in this case Breathing Colors’ Lyve canvas.
The 12 x 12 prints are churning out of the printer now, soon to be glazed and hung on the wall!
